Is consciousness created by the brain or is the brain created by consciousness?

Spiriduality

Spiriduality

As we took our initial baby steps as a species in science and technology development, we became so fascinated by it that we completely lost track of our spiritual nature. No matter how far we advance our technology, we’ll continue to be just savages playing with technological toys as long as we keep denying our true selves and our origins.

Spiriduality

Spirituality for
rational people

This little book was written to guide the science-and technology-minded into the realm of spirituality. We need scientists, entrepreneurs, leaders, and policymakers of all kinds to see there’s something more to what meets the eye in this physical world, which we believe is all that exists.

While this is a short and concise book, the understanding and reasoning applied in this work are the result of decades of exploration.

Embark on a deep journey of self-discovery.

There are good reasons to believe in the material world and in science and in everything that results from it. One is that it works. Science simply works! It supports technologies that are really useful and often make our lives better. There are historical reasons, too, considering how much wrongdoing and injustice have been done in the name of all sorts of faiths and beliefs. For reasons like that, I decided early on in my life, when I was still a child, that I wanted to become a scientist. And so I did. I became a neuroscientist and a neurologist. I believed I would find the answers I was looking for by following the methods of science. And I still believe in the scientific method—or rather, because this book is not about faith or believing, I think or I have good reasons to assume that the scientific method works.

How can I know (physical) reality is real when all I know about it comes only from my experience of it?
